IMAGÍNATELO DISEÑOS accepts three payment methods:

1.Bank transfer

Payment can be made through bank transfer to the following bank account:

which will be facilitated in the final purchasing process.

For the concept, remember to mention the order number, as well as your name and surnames, as stated in the order carried out.

2.Cash on delivery payment

If you wish to make cash on delivery payment, the price has a 5% increase in the total order (due to payment system costs), moreover, a 30% advance through bank transfer must be paid to the following account:

The payment for the remaining amount must be paid for upon delivery.

Remember to mention the order/reference number, as well as your name and surnames, as stated in the order carried out.

If your order has been processed correctly, a confirmation email will be sent with a copy of order.

3. PayPal.

If you have a PayPal account, simply enter your username and password to make the payment. No need to create a user account, your PayPal account will be enough.

4.By telephone

If you do not feel comfortable giving us your personal data through internet and you wish to place an order in a confidential and safe way, you can do so, by calling us (+34 607 96 51 93) at GMT+1 standard time, from 10:00 am to 16:00 pm.

TAXES AND PRICES

Sales made in our virtual store www.imaginatelo-d.es will be subject to a IVA (Value Added Tax) according to the current regulation for physical people or legal entities in the European Union member states and for those in non E.U. countries

Prices marked for the products already include the VAT and shipping, excluding Balearic or the Canary islands, as well as for European countries and for the rest of countries. For these cases contact.

All tariffs and associated taxes on purchases are billed to the client in accordance with current legislation for orders served outside of the European Union, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra. For these orders the declared value for customs will be in the total amount of the invoice in Euros. For these orders we will take it for granted that Tax and customs amounts vary according to country and must be paid in cash when the consignment is received. Orders sent to countries outside of the European Union, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra are VAT exempt.

DELIVERY DEADLINES

In general, IMAGÍNATELO DISEÑOS products are tailor-made according to specified measurements. As you can see, they are digital artwork of limited series with certificate of guarantee. Therefore, patience is required when waiting for the chosen pieces to arrive.

Delivery date is around 30 to 45 days from the bank payment transfer date.

It’s very important to take into account that our factory remains closed during the month of August and the last week of December, therefore, orders carried out in July and August can have an additional delay of up to 2 weeks from the delivery date given. For December, the delay can be of up to 1 additional week.

We will notify you by email the day the order goes out as well as the transporting company’s locator number.

RETURNS

IMAGÍNATELO DISEÑOS, will not accept any returns after the 7th day that the product is delivered.

IMAGÍNATELO DISEÑOS will not accept any returns if the product isn’t in perfect conditions or without its original packaging. The original packaging must be conserved and the use of other adhesive tapes or sealers is prohibited.

All returns must be first authorized by IMAGÍNATELO DISEÑOS, through email to: info@imaginatelo-d.es indicating the motive of the return along with the billing number. Once the client has received authorization, the client will send the products to a specified address provided by IMAGÍNATELO DISEÑOS.

The following expenses will be charged to the client for all returns requested by the client and not caused by defects in the product:

• Shipping costs.

• Return shipping costs.

• Any reconditioning that the product requires.

• Administrative or any other costs generated from the return.

Damages or deterioration of merchandise:

VERY IMPORTANT: If a package arrives opened, damaged or in bad conditions, it’s very important to indicate it on the copy of the transporting employee’s delivery note before signing and consequently you must send us an email at: info@imaginatelo-d.es within a 24 time-frame.

We take on transporting costs for damaged products.

LEGISLATION

Purchases made with IMAGÍNATELO DISEÑOS SL. are carried out under Spanish legislation.

In case of any conflict or discrepancies, the jurisdiction applicable will be through the Madrid (Spain) courts, as long as there is no other legal disposition prohibiting it.

IMAGÍNATELO DISEÑOS SL. makes the most amount of effort in order to offer the information contained in the website to be the most accurate and without misprints. If an error of this type occurs, and not made by IMAGÍNATELO DISEÑOS SL., we would begin the correction immediately. If any misprints occurred with pricing and or products/services shown, and a client had previously taken the decision of buying based on the misprint, IMAGÍNATELO DISEÑOS SL. would notify the stated mistake and the client would have the right to cancel the purchase without any cost on their behalf.
